Design Quality

Our in-house design team includes corporate members of the Royal Institute of British Architects and members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

The design team is supported by engineers, town planning experts and specialist consultants such as ecologists and highways engineers.

The design process follows a strict quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9000:2015. This ensures all aspects of our service are delivered to the highest standards.

Construction Best Practice

The expertise of our in-house construction team is included in the process from the beginning which allows practical knowledge of construction techniques, products and materials to be fully incorporated into the design. This makes the solution easier to build saving time and money. An integrated design and build process facilitates a faster, more effective workflow, with enhanced coordination and cost control.

 

Our construction team is lead in-house by an award willing firm of builders with over 30 years relevant experience. They are supported by approved subcontractors with a proven track record delivering challenging residential projects.

Cost Analysis

No one should be expected to make an investment without detailed cost projections.

We produce a project budget at the concept stage with a schedule of all anticipated costs from professional and local authority fees, through to construction and fit-out costs.

This schedule is regularly updated as the project progresses keeping you informed and in control of your investment.
